Vuma Reach is Fast Affordable Unlimited internet for your home, using Fibre optic cables trenched outside your home. This means the internet is faster and more reliable!
VUMA Reach Fibre is currently available in selected areas.
Step 1: Check availability and confirm your address.
Step 2: Select your package and payment method.
Payment Options:
- 30-Day Once Off (Prepaid) – Pay using EasyPay at stores.
- Monthly Recurring – Debit order via PayFast bank card payment.
Payments can be made at the following stores:
- Pick n Pay
- Boxer
- Pep Stores
- Lewis Stores
- Woolworths
- Makro
- Builders Warehouse
- Game
You can also pay using EasyPay points, spaza shops, or your FNB or Capitec banking app.
Technicians connect fibre from the road to your house. No visible cables are left outside.
Installation normally takes **2–3 hours**, depending on the complexity of connecting fibre into your home.
Someone must be present to provide access to the house.
You can connect **up to 10 devices simultaneously**, including phones, laptops, TVs and gaming consoles.
After installation, Vuma activates your fibre service.
You will receive **SMS and email notifications** confirming when your internet service is active.
Steps to update your password:
- Log into the Vodacom Self-Service Portal
- Click Sign In
- Enter your registered phone number
- Confirm OTP
- Select Your Service
- Click Update my WiFi password
